INTRODUCTION
本モデルはブラックデニムのために設計された特別仕様
スレキには通称「グリーンポケット」と呼ばれるヘリンボーンカーキを採用
無骨なブラックデニムにコントラストを与え
ワークウェアでありながら洗練された印象に仕上げている
縫製にはすべてコットン100%の綿糸を使用
#20・#30・#8・#6の番手を適材適所で使い分けている
綿糸は着用と洗いを繰り返すことで自然に縮む
縫い目にパッカリングが生まれ 時間とともに立体的な表情へと変化していく
ベルトループは中央が膨らんだ中盛り仕様
穿き込むほどにアタリが浮かび上がり
経年変化の魅力を引き立てる
その違いは穿き込んだ先に現れる
リベットには意図的に酸化させた銅リベットを使用
隠しリベットには 日本ではほとんど流通していない
鉄製UFOバックパーツとツープロング構造を採用
この仕様は当時のワークウェアの中でも極めて希少なディテール
本モデルを象徴する仕様のひとつ
フロントボタンには鉄製の月桂樹ボタンと鉄製無刻印14mmボタンを採用
すべての金属パーツを鉄で統一することで
経年変化においても一貫した表情を生み出している
生地には縦糸に深みのある墨黒 横糸に生成の綿糸を使用
旧式織機でゆっくりと織り上げている
染色はロープ染色
14ozブラックデニムを採用
過度な防縮加工を行わず自然な風合いと安定した収縮バランスを実現している
なお この生地は本品番のためだけに製作されたもの
生産数は約200本限定
同仕様での再生産は行わない
This model is a special specification designed exclusively for black denim.
The pocket lining features a herringbone khaki fabric, commonly referred to as the “Green Pocket.”
It creates an elegant contrast against the rugged black denim, resulting in a refined impression while retaining its workwear roots.
All stitching is done using 100% cotton thread.
Different thread counts (#20, #30, #8, and #6) are used where most appropriate.
With repeated wear and washing, the cotton thread naturally shrinks, creating puckering along the seams and developing a more three-dimensional character over time.
A belt loop with a raised center construction.
The more it is worn, the more the fades emerge, developing a unique character over time.
The difference appears only through wear.
The rivets are intentionally oxidized copper.
The hidden rivets feature iron UFO-shaped back parts with a two-prong structure, a detail rarely seen in Japan.
This specification is an extremely rare feature even among vintage workwear and is one of the defining characteristics of this model.
The front buttons consist of iron laurel buttons and unbranded 14mm iron buttons.
By unifying all metal parts in iron, the garment develops a consistent aging character over time.
The fabric is a 14oz rope-dyed black denim, woven slowly on vintage shuttle looms using charcoal-black warp yarns and natural cotton weft yarns.
It is finished without excessive pre-shrinking, preserving a natural texture and a stable shrinkage balance.
This fabric was developed exclusively for this model, with a limited production of approximately 200 pieces.
No reproduction will be made with the same specifications.

This product is sold in rigid (unwashed) condition.
By rinsing it once from its rigid state, the fabric tightens as the fibers settle,
creating a distinctive firmness and depth.
The black color develops into a richer, more powerful shade with added dimension.
As the weave becomes denser, the shading created by the rope-dyed warp yarns is enhanced,
revealing different expressions depending on how the light hits it—this is the true appeal of this fabric.

注意事項
●色落ちしますので単独で洗濯するか、同じ色のものと一緒に洗濯してください。
●特に摩擦による色落ちがありますので、色移りにはご注意ください。
●紫外線や高温に弱いため、直射日光を避け形を整えて陰干ししてください。
●乾燥機は避けてください。
●アイロンはコットンに合った温度設定を選び、あて布をしセルヴィッチを開く際にご使用ください。
●本製品は織機の特性や糸の風合いを生かした製法により、まれに生地表面に織り傷や色ムラが見られる場合がございます。
これらは不良ではなく、ヴィンテージ特有の味わいを再現するために必要な要素であり、
製品の個性・魅力の一部としてお楽しみいただければ幸いです。

Care & Handling
● Soaking or washing removes the starch and may result in slight shrinkage.
● As the dye may bleed, please wash separately or with similar colors.
● Color transfer may occur due to friction. Please handle with care.
● As the fabric is sensitive to ultraviolet light and high temperatures, avoid direct sunlight.
Reshape the garment and hang to dry in the shade.
● Do not tumble dry.
● When ironing, use a temperature suitable for cotton and place a cloth over the fabric.
This is recommended when opening the selvedge after washing.
● Due to the characteristics of the weaving machines and the natural texture of the yarn,
slight weaving irregularities or uneven color may occasionally appear on the fabric surface.
These are not defects, but natural characteristics that recreate the unique look and feel of vintage denim.
